6 month Coaching Package $600

12 one on one coaching sessions. Virtual one hour meetings every 2 weeks. During meetings of course we will focus on health nutrition, and eating well, ideas for exercise and setting yourself up for success, but also take a look at your life as a whole to see where we can add balance, tailoring this program to your wants and needs. You also have access to tons of recipes, health hacks, motivational material, goal setting activities, workouts, spiritual exercise and much, much more.
