My Thoughts on Wellness Coaching

I’m here to help. I know that YOU have the power to eat healthier and live healthier all on your own. But sometimes we need a little help, an extra push, inspiration, ideas to make it easier, workouts to get going, recipes that make sense, tips on getting into the kitchen and maybe some accountability. So what is health and happiness worth to you?  I’d love to be there to guide you and encourage you through this journey. I want to share my clean eating recipes with you, give you advice that you understand and provide positive energy to help you succeed. Maybe it’s just to get you on the right track or maybe our time together becomes part of your lifestyle. It’s up to you. I’m offering you a program for everyday life, tailored to you and what you need to become the best version of yourself. 

I encourage people to eat a clean, unprocessed, plant based diet. This doesn’t mean no meat if you don’t want it to. I will support you in eating less meat, clean meat and meats lower in cholesterol. What I really mean by a plant based diet is that I just want to get you eating more plants! We’ll find ways to work them into your diet and learn ways to prepare them so you enjoy them and receive optimal benefits. Taking out processed foods removes the junk from your body. Preservatives, additives, fake colors, processed sugars and artificial flavors do us no good. We will also find more ways to get you moving, exercises that you enjoy and that will ultimately make you stronger and get you closer to your goals. I can help guide you to stress relief, healthy habits and a positive lifestyle to support your new journey and your healthier life. You tell me what you need and we will get there. These new healthy habits and lifestyle are just the first steps to growth, healing, and transformation. You can better yourself and live the life you know you deserve.
